Dr. Benjamin Barankin is a board-certified dermatologist and widely published author. Dr.Barankin has published more than 400 articles related to dermatology and has gained international distinction as the author of 6 books related to dermatology. He regularly educates dermatologists, family physicians, medical trainees, and the public on dermatology and his expertise is frequently sought by the Canadian media, including: National Post, Globe & Mail, Chatelaine, Flare, Glow, Canadian Living, and countless others.

His training and expertise are both in medical dermatology and in cosmetic procedures such as BOTOX®, injectable fillers (e.g. Restylane, Perlane, Juvederm, Evolence, Radiesse), lasers, sclerotherapy, chemical peels and microdermabrasion. Because of the anatomic and artistic complexity of cosmetic treatments of the face, Dr. Barankin performs all BOTOX and filler injections himself which he believes is critical to an outstanding result and optimal safety.

Dr. Barankin combines his interest in the humanities with his knowledge of medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology to optimize the skin care needs of his patients.
